This caught my eye while browsing the Yoga books. It seems that most, if not all, are catered toward women so this one definitely stood out.
This book was written by the famous (infamous?) Diamond Dallas Page of WWE fame. I have to admit, I used to watch wrestling back in the day, and remember him quite well. He was ok (more of a Sting fan, hehe).
Well, I pulled this from the shelf, and read the first couple of pages, and I liked it immediately. I’ll read the rest and post my thoughts on it later.
