Power 90 – Moved to the 3/4 exercises

Ok, So I made the switch last week on Wednesday.  I felt as though I still had too much left on the 1/2 workouts.  The 3/4 definitely was the trick.  I am beat after each session.  I LOVE IT!  

Today is Day 30 too.  I’m a third of the way through first 90 days!  This last 60 days I’m really gonna push it!  Tony Horton is a beast!
