P90X – Plyometrics

plyo-articleI did this workout yesterday (too tired to post about it after the workout). It was my “day 2” exercise, and possibly the hardest thing I have ever done fitness-wise. It was an hour of intense jumping around. I actually hated it, and loved it at the same time.

This is “high impact” and give another disc for those not ready for this type of workout (Cardio X), but I didn’t get this to slack off.  The next Plyo I do, I will really put more into it.  I ended up burning 673 calories on my first try, and anxious to see what I do next week.  I’ll keep you informed.

Today is “Shoulder & Arms” with “Ab Ripper X”, but not until after work, and after my run/walk for 30 minutes.
