First week of P90X complete!

Ok, Here’s a breakdown of each exercise’s calorie burn (ARX – Ab Ripper X)

Sunday – Chest & Back, ARX = 518

Monday – Plyometrics = 673

Tuesday – Shoulders & Arms, ARX = 488

Wednesday – Yoga X = 593

Thursday – Legs & Back, ARX = 693

Friday – Kenpo X = 450 (HRM was hit and miss so not accurate)

Saturday – X Stretch = 182

So there it is…  I’ll do this every week going forward.  Have a great weekend everyone!
