Just finished first week of beginner run program

Ok, I mentioned this a couple times before.  Well, this was the first week I jumped in totally.  I hit all six days (yeah, I did doubles with the P90X).  Here’s the breakdown for this week…

Sunday – 30 min, 1 min run, 2 min walk, repeat 10 times… burned 542 calories

Monday – 30 min easy walk.  I did 60 min though… burned 261 calories

Tuesday – 30 min, 1 min run, 2 min walk, repeat 10 times… burned 402 calories

Wednesday – 30 min easy walk… burned 250 calories

Thursday – 30 min, 1 min run, 2 min walk, repeat 10 times… burned 423 calories

Friday – 30 min, 1 min run, 2 min walk, repeat 10 times… burned 331 calories

This is an 8 week program, so I’m scheduled to end it on July 31.  I will give you weekly updates on this as well as the P90X to keep you in the loop!
