I forgot to do this last week, and I apologize.  I will just recap it all now.  I told you a few weeks ago that I was starting a “beginner” running program.  I go this program from Runner’s World, and is turning out to be a good one for me.  If you are interested in this program, click here for the direct link.  

Here’s the breakdown for the last couple of weeks (I missed a couple of days two weeks ago)

This Week (Week 3):

Sunday – 5 Min Run/1 Min Walk x 5 = 566 cal burn

Monday – 30 Min Walk = 183 cal burn

Tuesday – 5 Min Run/1 Min Walk x 5 = 578 cal burn

Wednesday – 30 Min Walk = 176 cal burn

Thursday – 6 Min Run/1 Min Walk x 4, plus 2 Min Run = 526 cal burn

Friday – 6 Min Run/1 Min Walk x 4, plus 2 Min Run = 423 cal burn

Saturday – Rest Day

Two Weeks Ago (Week 2):

Sunday – missed

Monday – Run 2 Min/Walk 1 Min x 10 = 331 cal burn

Tuesday – missed

Wednesday – missed

Thursday – 3 Min Run/1 Min Walk x 7, plus 2 Min Run = 459 cal burn

Friday – 4 Min Run/1 Min Walk x 6 = 510 cal burn

Saturday – Rest Day
