Phase II, Week 1 (week 5) done

The Recovery Week is gone, and now back to strength training.  They mixed up the workouts and I liked them.  Here’s a breakdown of each exercise’s calorie burn

Sunday – Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps w/ARX = 524

Monday – Plyometrics = 600

Tuesday – Back & Biceps w/ARX= 456

Wednesday – Yoga X = 455

Thursday – Legs & Back w/ARX = 588

Friday – Kenpo X = 524

Saturday – X Stretch = 274
