Running – Week 4

This is my 4th week completed from the Runner’s World Beginner Running Program.  It’s starting to really push me.  At least I’m halfway there.  Here’s a breakdown of my week.

Sunday – 8 Min Run/1 Min Walk x 3, plus 3 Min Run = 512 cal burn

Monday – 30 Min Walk =  169 cal burn

Tuesday – 9 Min Run/1 Min Walk x 3 =  486 cal burn

Wednesday – Skipped the walk day

Thursday –  10 Min Run/1 Min Walk x 2, plus 8 Min Run = 487 cal burn

Friday – skipped

Saturday – 11 Min Run/1 Min Walk x 2, plus 6 Min Run = 540 cal burn
