P90X, Phase II, Week 2 (week 6 overall) stats

This is my 6th week on P90x.  I’m about halfway through this program.  I have to say, I really like it, and it still gives me a great workout everyday.  I still get sore!  Here’s a breakdown of each exercise’s calorie burn

Sunday – Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps w/ARX = 552

Monday – Plyometrics = 535

Tuesday – Back & Biceps w/ARX= 451

Wednesday – Yoga X = 424

Thursday – Legs & Back w/ARX = 645

Friday – Kenpo X = 483

Saturday – rest day
