Running week 5

This is my 5th week completed from the Runner’s World Beginner Running Program.  I skipped both walk days, and also missed Thursday’s run.  I’ll have to run instead of walk on next Tuesday’s walk day to get caught up.  Here’s a breakdown of my week.

Sunday – 12 Min Run/1 Min Walk x 3, plus 4 Min Run = 516 cal burn

Monday – Skipped the walk day

Tuesday – 13 Min Run/1 Min Walk x 2 + 2 Min Run =  492 cal burn

Wednesday – Skipped the walk day

Thursday –  skipped

Friday – 14 Min Run/1 Min walk x 2 = 458 cal burn

Saturday – rest day
