Sunday – Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps w/ARX = 534 cal burn

Monday – Plyometrics = 604 cal burn

Tuesday – Back & Biceps w/ARX= 502 cal burn

Wednesday – Yoga X = 479 cal burn

Thursday – Legs & Back w/ARX = 610 cal burn

Friday – Kenpo X = 517 cal burn

Saturday – rest day

    I just updated the post. The numbers are the calorie burns that my heart rate monitor recorded for each workout. I had left off that detail in this post.
