Running Program week 6

This is my 6th week completed from the Runner’s World Beginner Running Program.  I had to redo the week kind of, because I missed a day last week.  So here’s a breakdown of my week.

Sunday – 15 Min Run/1 Min Walk + 14 Min Run = 547 cal burn

Monday –  16 Min Run/1 Min Walk + 13 Min Run = 525 cal burn

Tuesday – Skipped this day

Wednesday – 18 Min Run/1 Min Walk + 11 Min Run = 505 cal burn

Thursday –  18 Min Run/1 Min Walk + 11 Min Run = 448 cal burn

Friday – 19 Min Run/1 Min walk + 10 Min Run = 613 cal burn

Saturday – rest day
