I’m excited to be done with my second recovery week on the P90X program. This means I start Phase III, the last and final phase.
Sunday – Yoga X = 498 cal burn
Monday – Core Synergistics = 423 cal burn
Tuesday – Kenpo X = 480 cal burn
Wednesday – X Stretch = skipped (first skipped workout of the program)
Thursday – Core Synergistics = 448 cal burn
Friday – Yoga X = 441 cal burn
Saturday – Rest Day
