P90X, Week 1, Phase III (Week 9 total)

I was thankful to have completed Phase II and get on to the final stage!  The recovery weeks aren’t my favorite, but necessary.  Good to be back on the strength training and PLYO!  4 more weeks to go!

Sunday – Chest & Back, ARX = 533 cal burn

Monday – Plyometrics = 632 cal burn

Tuesday – Shoulders & Arms, ARX = 569 cal burn

Wednesday – Yoga X = 430 cal burn

Thursday – Legs & Back, ARX = 676 cal burn

Friday – Kenpo X = 449 cal burn

Saturday – Rest Day
