Tuesday – Back & Biceps, ARX =  458 cal burn

Wednesday – Yoga X = 406 cal burn

Thursday – Legs & Back, ARX = skipped workout (due to infection)

Friday – Kenpo X = 482 cal burn

Saturday – Rest Day
