P90X, Week 3, Phase III (Week 11 total)


Ok, this post is a little silly.  I had an infection in one of my testicles that kept me from all exercising this past week.  Working out 6 days a week since March 1, and then having to be still for a week was horrible.  I hated it.  I started feeling weak.  I’m getting better now, so I should be able to report next week, but here it is in all it’s glory.

Sunday – Chest & Back, ARX = skipped

Monday – Plyometrics = skipped

Tuesday – Shoulders & Arms, ARX = skipped

Wednesday – Yoga X = skipped

Thursday – Legs & Back, ARX = skipped

Friday – Kenpo X = skipped

Saturday – Rest Day
