Running – Week 2 of Half Marathon program

roadAs with my last update for the P90X workouts, I was unable to work the roads/treadmills this week.  Here’s a breakdown of what it would’ve looked like…

Sunday – 35 min run (moderate) = rest

Monday – rest or cross train = rest

Tuesday – 40 min run (easy) = rest

Wednesday – rest or cross train = rest

Thursday – 30 min run (easy) = rest

Friday – 5 mile run (conversational pace) = rest

Saturday – Rest
