P90X, Week 4, Phase III (Week 12 total)

P90X - logoThis also was the first week back after my infection.  It’s also my last week of strength training before the final “Recovery Week”.

Sunday – Chest Shoulders & Tris, ARX = 550 cal burn

Monday – Plyometrics = 609 cal burn

Tuesday – Back & Biceps, ARX =  346 cal burn

Wednesday – Yoga X = skipped 😦

Thursday – Legs & Back, ARX = 609 cal burn

Friday – Kenpo X = 422 cal burn

Saturday – Rest Day
