This week was a little easier. I think this week was a kind of “recovery” week. I have to say, I kinda liked it, since I started up the second round of P90X too.
Sunday – 45 min run (moderate) = 623 cal burn
Monday – rest or cross train = rest
Tuesday – 45 min run (easy) = 679 cal burn
Wednesday – rest or cross train = rest
Thursday – rest = rest
Friday – 6 mile run (conversational pace) = 763 cal burn
Saturday – Rest
