P90X, Week 2, Phase I, Round 2

This week was a holiday week (Labor Day was on Monday).  I skipped Plyometrics for the second week in a row.  I feel as though my body needed the rest, especially since Sunday night I did my first interval workout during my run program.  It was brutal on my legs.  I also don’t know if I’ll do Kenpo X on Fridays.  Fridays are my long run days, and I definitely don’t want to overtrain.

Sunday – Chest & Back, ARX = 545 cal burn

Monday – Plyometrics = skipped

Tuesday – Shoulders & Arms, ARX = 536 cal burn

Wednesday – Yoga X = 517 cal burn

Thursday – Legs & Back, ARX = 647 cal burn

Friday – Kenpo X = skipped

Saturday – Rest Day
