Running – Week 7 of Half-Marathon training program


I was traveling a little this week for work, so it was a little different running on a hotel dreadmill.  I made myself get up and do it.  It was hard too, with the TV set to Fox News (yuck!).  I just lost myself in my iPod and put in the time…

Sunday – 45 min (intervals) = skipped

Monday – rest or cross train = rest

Tuesday – 50 min run (easy)= skipped

Wednesday – 30 min run (easy) 45 min run = 540 cal burn

Thursday – rest

Friday – 10 mile run (conversational) = 1221 cal burn

Saturday – rest
