Insanity Day 1 – Fit Test

I started the new program today.  The Fit Test is day 1, and you are to take it again, every other week.  Here are my stats for day 1.

1. Switch Kicks = 59 (every other leg is my count)

2. Power Jacks = 61

3. Power Knees = 90 (right side)

4. Power Jumps = 30

5. Globe Jumps = 8

6. Suicide Jumps = 13

7. Push-up Jacks = 35

8. Low Plank Oblique = 54

I was able to burn 343 calories during the test.  The workout was 25 minutes including warm up and cool down.
