Insanity Week 1 complete

I finished my first full week of Insanity on Friday.  Here is a breakdown of my exercises by day…

Sunday:  Insanity Fit Test – 343 calories burned

Monday:  Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit – 610 calories burned

Tuesday:  Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance – 528 calories burned

Tuesday:  Run/Intervals – 706 calories burned

Wednesday:  Insanity Cardio Recovery – 240 calories burned

Wednesday:  Run/45 minutes – 597 calories burned

Thursday:  Insanity Pure Cardio – 493 calories burned

Friday:  Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit – 529 calories burned

I started the second week off right, with a run and Insanity both today.  I’ll let you know how it went in next week’s recap.
