Swim Bike Run totals from last week

Swim – 3800 yards

Bike – 23.42 miles

Run – 9.72 miles

This week, I really upped the yardage on the swimming, also made a breakthrough I think, but at what cost.  I still only got out on the bike once, though I did do more mileage on this ride than the one ride last week.  I also only got out twice for a run.  Since it’s been nice, I hate doing treadmill work, so I kinda skipped running when the weather wasn’t conducive to it.
