Swim Bike Run totals from last week…

Swim – 9300 yards

Bike – 44.50 miles

Run – 12.96 miles

My swim went up a bit.  I wasn’t able to fully do the week 2 plan until Thursday.   Friday, I was ill, and couldn’t even do Week 1 plan (so I modified).  I did get out on the bike 3 days last week.  That was the most I have ever done in a week.  I also got out 3 times for a run.  I meant to get out another day, but this illness thing kept me indoors.
