Last two week’s, Swim Bike Run numbers

Last week

Swim –  750 yards

Bike –  15.48 miles

Run –  14.19 miles

2 weeks ago

Swim – 3300 yards

Bike – 27.6 miles

Run – 4 miles

Anytime my mileage is low in one area, I make up for it the next week.  This in turn make me lose mileage in another part.  Always a battle.  I think cycling is the one where I can keep to a couple of rides a week.  I’m going to keep my running and swimming to 3 to 4 days a week.
