This month’s One on One is ARX2. For those that are used to P90X workouts, on strength training days (Chest & Back, Shoulders & Arms, Legs & Back, etc) you were to also do Ab Ripper X! This was a great 15 min ab/core workout. At first it seemed impossible, then it got easier over time, but never really becoming easy. This month’s workout has Tony trying out new things to improve upon the old beast.
