Last week was a rough one since it was a holiday week. Thanksgiving is a hard holiday to not go a little overboard. It was a rough week exercise wise too. Here’s how it went down.
Sunday – Knobstone Trail Run, 6 Miles
Monday – P90X Back & Biceps w/Ab Ripper X, and ran 4 miles at the Waterfront Park in the evening.
Tuesday – Rest
Wednesday – Rest
Thursday – TRX Basic Training workout
Friday – Spin Class at the YMCA
Saturday – Rest
