Last Week’s Workouts

Last week was a rough one since it was a holiday week.  Thanksgiving is a hard holiday to not go a little overboard.  It was a rough week exercise wise too.  Here’s how it went down.

Sunday Knobstone Trail Run, 6 Miles

MondayP90X Back & Biceps w/Ab Ripper X, and ran 4 miles at the Waterfront Park in the evening.
