This was I was little more focused. My diet was spot on because I had started Bryen’s (of Bryen’s Boot Camp) “21 Day Cleanse”. It was pretty rough finding the energy during this week, but started adding a protein bar here and there to help me keep energy up for my workouts. It also got colder this week. I still fared well. Take a look.
Sunday – Knobstone Trail Run, 6 Miles
Monday – P90X: Chest, Shoulders, and Tris in the morning, and Yoga for Athletes in the evening
Tuesday – Spin Class
Wednesday – P90X: Ab Ripper X in the morning, and Ran 3 miles in the evening
Thursday – P90X: Back & Biceps in the morning, and Ran 3 miles in the evening
Friday – Rest
Saturday – TRX: Circuit Training
