Last Week’s Workouts

Last week I missed both days of spin class.  I did make the return to the pool finally though.  I have a better scheduled week this week, so we’ll see how much better I do next Sunday when I check back in…

Sunday – Knobstone Trail Run, 6 Miles

Monday – P90X: Chest, Shoulders, and Tris w/Ab Ripper Xin the morning, and Yoga for Athletes in the evening

TuesdayYoga: Core Cross Train

Wednesday – P90X: Back & Biceps

Thursday – P90X: Ab Ripper X

Friday – Ran 6 miles on the treadmill after work

Saturday Swam 1000 yards
